Technical Systems Analyst Specialist
Fathom Management LLC is in search of a proficient Systems Analyst with extensive knowledge in business process optimization and technical integrations that support our customer engagement initiatives.
Position Overview: This role is fully remote.
Compensation: The salary range is between $110,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and performance in technical evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of the OAL lifecycle and its framework.
- Proficient in the Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) suite and EASS Helpdesk.
- Familiarity with external federal systems such as SAM and FPDS.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
- Upgrading and maintaining existing systems as necessary.
- Facilitating communication and coordination of critical incidents with both business and technical leadership.
- Serving as the primary liaison for business and technical interactions.
- Ensuring tasks are completed within the defined schedule, budget, and project scope.
- Presenting project vision and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
- Developing a roadmap for planned deliverables and capabilities for each release.
- Assessing and analyzing current systems to identify requirements.
- Documenting the interfaces between new and legacy systems.
- Collaborating with IT teams and developers to create effective systems.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a systems analyst.
- Background in software development and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of business information systems.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience of 8 years as a Systems Analyst.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
