Electro-Hydraulic Systems Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Neeljym Search Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the electro-hydraulic systems market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of custom solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or engineering within the hydraulics industry
- Strong understanding of electro-hydraulic systems, components, and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
