Sales Planning & Analytics Manager

Fourth Floor is seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning & Analytics Manager to drive business growth and optimize sales performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and communicating weekly sales performance, monitoring overall analysis of each department/program performance, and attending merchandise meetings to discuss business trends and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Utilize sales reports and analysis to maintain and communicate weekly performance.
  • Departmental Performance Monitoring: Monitor overall analysis of each department/program performance by store, style, silhouette, etc.
  • Merchandise Meetings: Attend and present in merchandise meetings to discuss business trends and understand strategy.
  • Sales Planning: Develop sales plans and work with Replenishment to identify sales trends, in-stock concerns, re-order opportunities, etc.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor Omni channel inventory to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Order Management: Approve EDI orders and create and submit ecommerce orders.
  • Sample Management: Maintain samples and communicate changes to internal teams.
  • Ecommerce Site Management: Monitor and improve ecommerce site.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, or related field.
  • Experience: Apparel industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI experience a plus, and basic Retail Link experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
