Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of the HR team, you will align HR initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role will involve acting as a key consultant to leadership, offering expert HR insights to Agilex Fragrances and the Ingredients solutions sector within the Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to formulate and execute HR strategies.
2. Provide trusted advisory services and support to both managers and employees.
3. Identify and nurture top talent and high-potential individuals, working closely with management to create effective development plans.
4. Work alongside the compensation and benefits team to establish competitive and fair compensation and benefits structures.
5. Implement HR processes and initiatives, including performance management and succession planning, in collaboration with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate HR policies and local regulations through effective communication.
7. Offer expert coaching and guidance to employees as needed.
8. Proactively gather employee feedback to understand their needs and concerns.
9. Serve as a liaison between business units and HR functions to ensure alignment of HR services with organizational needs.
10. Manage various HR-related projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar capacity supporting client groups.
- Comprehensive understanding of local labor laws and employment practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making.
