Smart IMS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator/HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, orientations, and other events as required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in HR or administrative support.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Services Administration, or related field.
- Compensation: Base Salary and Excellent Performance and New Logo incentives.
