Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing internal clients, providing strategic counsel, and assisting in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain solid client relationships, encouraging a collaborative approach with departmental team members.
- Business Development: Educate clients on cost savings and leveraging opportunities aligned with their marketing efforts, using marketing and branding experience to create value-added benefits.
- Communication Strategies: Interpret creative briefs to lead communication strategies and implement marketing efforts, leveraging knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative, and production to facilitate effective communication.
- Project Management: Partner with outside agencies to manage promotional and marketing efforts for all clients, overseeing Traffic Coordinator activities, managing workload, priorities, and project planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Assoc. Director and Manager, Account Management and Traffic, defining specific needs of the business and identifying additional areas of client service and cost savings.
- Creative Development: Collaborate on creative development and direction with client, design, and production teams.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5-7+ years professional ad agency account management experience, preferably including print, direct marketing campaigns, online, TV, and radio.
- Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to multitask effectively, team player with excellent relationship-building skills, and adept at crisis management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance guidelines: Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Regulatory, Legal, and Compliance guidelines preferred.
- Internal Corporate Account Team: 1-3 years working in an internal corporate account team.
