Job Title: Service Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Account Executive to join our team at Brady Integrated Security. As a Service Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales of security products and services, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve recurring contract sales targets within assigned territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and contract negotiations that align with client needs and company objectives.
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least one year of experience in the physical security industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and integration solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must possess valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.
  • Ability to prove US employment eligibility.

During these travel situations, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and vibration.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
