Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead interactions, follow-up communications, and deal progress.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently striving for excellence and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Knowledge of the engineering and construction industries is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Commission structure offering 3% on sales, with top performers earning significant bonuses.
  • High earning potential with top salespeople generating $300,000 in sales each month.
