Sales Executive for Architectural Firms

Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the architectural firms sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, with a focus on B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate leads from various sources, including industry events and networking opportunities.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently striving for excellence and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or business development roles, with a focus on B2B sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Knowledge of the engineering and construction industries is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Commission structure offering 3% on sales, with top performers earning significant bonuses.
- High earning potential with top salespeople generating $300,000 in sales each month.
