Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Schwan's Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing contracted revenue and driving business growth in the non-commercial food service market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to assigned non-commercial food service corporate accounts.
  • Represent Schwan's business interests and priorities to customers, negotiating multi-year agreements and leading contract negotiations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve profitable growth targets, category growth objectives, and innovation launch goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and trade, to align on priorities and represent functional interests.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to build relationships with customers and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Leverage sales data and customer insights to inform strategic sales initiatives and evaluate progress.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in food service sales and customer development.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a corporate account manager role within the food service industry.
