Job Overview

Powers is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through interactions with Mechanical Engineer firms, Mechanical Contractors, and End-user customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Prepare and present professional sales presentations to showcase Powers' products and capabilities.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports on account performance to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of selling experience, preferably in technology, HVAC, or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and energy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, email, and internet.
