Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our innovative MSP solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and set up introductory meetings with the Account Executive.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sequences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations.
  • Attend marketing events and other networking events to help prospect and nurture leads.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the technology industry.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales leads targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or MSP industry.
  • Previous experience with appointment setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
  • Willingness to be coached and adapt as needed.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
