Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our innovative MSP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and set up introductory meetings with the Account Executive.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sequences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations.
- Attend marketing events and other networking events to help prospect and nurture leads.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the technology industry.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales leads targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or MSP industry.
- Previous experience with appointment setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
- Willingness to be coached and adapt as needed.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
