Regional Business Development Manager

Job Description:
At VESTIS, we are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth in the assigned service territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales revenue and expand customer base in the assigned territory.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations: Manage sales processes, including account management, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and sales revenue.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced sales environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:
This role is based in Springfield, MO, and requires frequent travel within the assigned service territory.
