Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team at MarineMax. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of brand marketing strategies that enhance and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development and Strategy: Assist in the development and refinement of brand marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
  • Campaign Support and Management: Provide support with planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Utilize systems and tools to analyze and track the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing reports to communicate results and insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Content Development and Distribution: Support the development, refinement, and distribution of marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, social media initiatives, video, blogs, and other multimedia.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, utilizing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • External Partnerships and Collaborations: Suggest and support external brand partnerships and potential opportunities for co-branded initiatives, including identifying, developing, and managing relationships.
  • Marketing Expense Management: Assist in tracking marketing expenses and ensuring campaigns stay within budget, preparing reports to communicate status.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Support the planning and execution of brand events, including shows, customer events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, retail-minded team environment.
  • A passion for brand storytelling and a desire to grow within the field of marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
