This role involves ensuring prompt and precise order processing, aftermarket billing, and customer assistance for sales and service transactions handled locally. Additionally, you will act as the local administrative liaison for transactions processed centrally. It is essential to guarantee that all sales and service transactions comply with the Company's operational policies.
Responsibilities- Input, monitor, and arrange delivery for all orders managed within the designated Branch(es).
- Confirm that all order and contract documentation adheres to Company policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain all master data records for customers processed within the assigned branch(es).
- Examine and pre-edit orders before submission to the National Account Customer Care Center.
- Set up maintenance contracts for assigned clients and carry out all related billing tasks, including specialized invoice generation, backup meter collection, and invoice adjustments.
- Review and oversee lease fundings, following up as necessary to ensure timely payments to Konica Minolta.
- Maintain customer access as required.
- Address customer inquiries effectively.
- Support Branch personnel with administrative matters.
- Execute general office support functions as needed.
- A High School diploma or a higher educational qualification is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience with SAP or a demonstrated ability to learn SAP or similar systems.
- Preferred experience in a related industry.
