Position Summary:
The Club Membership Sales Representative serves as the face of the Club, tasked with identifying and enrolling new Members. This role also involves nurturing relationships with current Members and encouraging them to invite their friends and colleagues to join. Additionally, you will participate in activities with Members and their guests to demonstrate pride in belonging.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attracting and enrolling new Members into the Club.
- Develop and implement quarterly strategic plans, the definitive sales and marketing roadmap to achieve departmental revenue objectives.
- Maintain a prospect database by adhering to CRM system standards for organization, report generation, etc.
- Represent the Club in community and city events to raise awareness and cultivate potential Club Members.
- Collaborate with the Membership and Marketing Department's VP to create programs and social media initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads through strategic pricing.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- 1 year or less of sales experience or a desire to begin a career in sales.
- Proficient in technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player capable of building relationships with Members, Employees, and community leaders.
- A passion for delivering high-quality Member service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
