Job Description Overview

Konica Minolta is excited to announce an opportunity for an Admin Ops Specialist.

This role involves providing precise and timely processing of orders, billing for aftermarket services, and delivering exceptional customer support for sales and service transactions managed locally. Additionally, this position acts as the local administrative liaison for transactions processed centrally. It is essential to ensure that all sales and service transactions comply with the company's operational policies.

Responsibilities
  • Input, monitor, and coordinate delivery schedules for all orders managed within the designated Branch(es).
  • Verify that all order and contract documentation adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive master data records for customers within the assigned branch(es).
  • Review and pre-edit orders before submission to the National Account Customer Care Center.
  • Set up maintenance agreements for assigned clients and manage all related billing activities, including specialized invoice generation and meter collection.
  • Oversee lease funding processes and follow up as necessary to ensure prompt payment to Konica Minolta.
  • Maintain customer access as required.
  • Address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Support Branch personnel with administrative challenges.
  • Perform general office support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with SAP or a demonstrated ability to learn SAP or similar systems is preferred.
  • Relevant industry experience is advantageous.
