ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

This position involves adhering to electronic work instructions to assemble Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) and sub-assemblies according to specified prints.

You will frequently utilize hand tools such as torque wrenches, riveting tools, screwdrivers, power screwdrivers, ratchet wrenches, and various other hand tools throughout the assembly process.

Your tasks will range from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

Selected individuals will collaborate closely with team members to efficiently complete repetitive tasks supporting the assembly of specific product lines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, are skilled in the use of hand tools, and can effectively interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate and efficient assembly operations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in understanding Solumina Process instructions
  • Familiarity with OET/Metrics
  • Basic mechanical skills, including knowledge of hand tools, hardware, reading technical drawings, and installation
  • Experience in Circuit Card repairs

Work Schedule Options

Lockheed Martin supports various alternative work schedules that provide added flexibility for our employees. These schedules may range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week to more condensed formats.

Compensation Overview

Salary Range:


The annual base salary for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington, or Washington DC is $38,900 - $74,400.

Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.

For Washington State Applicants:

Non-represented full-time employees accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full-time employees accrue 6.67 hours of vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on the start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Overview

Salary Range:


The annual base salary for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $44,600 - $80,900.
