Job Description

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and finalizing sales opportunities across key areas such as enterprise networking, hybrid cloud, cybersecurity, user experience, and lifecycle solutions. A solid grasp of how technology can empower businesses to achieve their goals is essential. This position encompasses the full sales cycle, from leading discussions on significant business and technology challenges to assessing client needs and recommending the most suitable products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies by recognizing customer requirements and promoting relevant hardware and services.
  • Generate business through various marketing and sales methods, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and collaboration with vendors.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client businesses to identify needs, buying patterns, and foster strong relationships that drive sales and repeat business.
  • Achieve or surpass annual sales revenue and margin targets set by management.
  • Oversee ongoing customer account relationships, ensuring accurate account information and addressing customer satisfaction issues.
  • Utilize monthly forecasting and pipeline management to support sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure accurate quotes and order processing, and work with the engineering team to scope projects effectively.
  • Resolve overdue invoices with accounting to ensure proper collections.
  • Build and sustain strong business relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels within target accounts.
  • Establish partnerships with OEM Partners to enhance joint selling opportunities.
  • Comprehend each target customer's business model, map their organization, and identify their specific technology requirements.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of direct sales experience in a technology-focused customer-facing environment.
  • A self-motivated individual eager to contribute to a high-growth company.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of business environments and the challenges faced by IT operations in large corporations.
  • Solid knowledge of how clients leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong financial acumen and business expertise within a multifaceted operational context.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with all stakeholders.
  • A proactive and consultative approach to customer and sales inquiries; attentive to user requests and needs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial setting.
