York Solutions, LLC is in search of a seasoned and visionary Senior Technology Executive to steer the technological framework of our healthcare organization. The individual in this role will be accountable for managing all facets of our information technology (IT) and systems, ensuring that our technology roadmap aligns with our corporate objectives, and fostering innovation to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction:
  • Formulate and execute the organization's IT strategy to bolster overall business aims.
  • Guide the planning and implementation of technology projects that promote innovation, elevate patient care, and improve operational performance.
  • Align IT expenditures with the organization’s strategic objectives and guarantee efficient resource utilization.
  • Management of Technology Operations:
  • Supervise the daily functions of the IT department, encompassing network oversight, software engineering, cybersecurity, and data governance.
  • Ensure the dependability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Adopt best practices in IT service management to enhance performance and service delivery.
  • Innovation and Digital Evolution:
  • Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies and digital solutions to enhance healthcare services and patient outcomes.
  • Lead efforts to advance telehealth, electronic health records (EHR), data analytics, and other healthcare IT frameworks.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within the IT team and throughout the organization.
  • Compliance and Risk Oversight:
  • Ensure that the organization’s IT systems adhere to healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and other pertinent standards.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to protect patient data and mitigate cybersecurity threats.
  • Conduct regular risk evaluations and execute strategies to safeguard the organization from IT-related vulnerabilities.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
  • Assemble, lead, and nurture a high-performing IT team.
  • Encourage ongoing learning and professional growth within the IT department.
  • Facilitate collaboration between IT and other divisions to ensure technology solutions fulfill business requirements.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:
  • Oversee relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effective and superior IT services.
  • Act as the primary IT liaison with senior management, the board of directors, and other essential stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting and executing IT strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Extensive knowledge of healthcare IT systems, including EHR, telehealth, and data analytics.
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, along with experience in compliance and risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large IT teams and complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to technology and innovation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with digital transformation projects in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data privacy best practices.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in healthcare, such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
