Position Overview

Kaleidoscope Group PBC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive critical growth by acquiring net new customers monthly. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for running a full-sales cycle, managing your pipeline daily, and having excellent business acumen while working multi-threaded sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Run full sales cycle
  • Consistent prospecting to generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue
  • Listen, consult, and design solutions for potential customers
  • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise
  • Collaborate with customer success & product teams to provide insights as we continue to innovate our best-in-class platform
  • Deliver operational excellence in the areas of opportunity management and forecasting
  • Use business acumen during the discovery, proposal, and negotiation
  • Create demand by uncovering problems and matching them to our solution
  • Uncover organizational initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions
  • Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Sell on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets

About You

You bring 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in an early to mid-stage company. Experience prospecting new logos, selling to leadership teams, and building and delivering presentations/demos to interested organizations. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
