We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to oversee the Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota territories. In this role, you will cultivate relationships and drive sales with both potential and existing clients who require our extensive range of pump, mechanical seal, fabricated assembly products, and equipment repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and expand sales within the designated region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both prospective and existing end-user clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate a large geographical sales territory effectively.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Identify bidding opportunities in target markets and collaborate with the inside sales team to generate quotes.
  • Take charge of generating Requests for Quotes, submitting quotes, and finalizing orders with clients.
  • Manage order status inquiries and facilitate negotiations with customers.
  • Provide after-sales support, including parts sales, warranty claims, and coordinating future equipment repair needs.
  • Offer value-added solutions to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of products and various end-user industries and equipment applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pump equipment sector.
  • At least 5 years of technical outside sales experience in industrial products.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, communications, or a related field.
  • Established relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, and/or EPCs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural enthusiasm for the role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Intermediate proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time for customer visits.
  • Availability to travel to corporate headquarters as needed.
