Position Overview

As an Industrial Sales Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and executing the strategic objectives for the Industrial division. Your focus will be on enhancing our presence in key markets and fostering strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and explore market segments and product opportunities to promote our comprehensive range of INA, Barden, and FAG bearing brands to Industrial Original Equipment customers, aiming to broaden our end-user base and boost sales in targeted sectors.

- Employ a consultative sales approach to identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships within your designated customer base, ensuring consistent growth and satisfaction.

- Gather and analyze market intelligence to determine where application-engineered bearing solutions are essential.

- Enhance customer relations through effective collaboration with internal account management teams.

- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership and sales meetings, while monitoring account performance and managing ongoing projects and customer interactions.

- Design and deliver training sessions on products for customers, end-users, and internal teams within your region.

Qualifications

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a strong mechanical understanding.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development, specifically with Industrial Original Equipment customers in the bearings or power transmission sector.

- Previous exposure to bearing products is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Proven ability to influence decision-making processes and resolve conflicts in a mutually beneficial manner.

- Strong business insight, results-oriented mindset, and proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce experience is a plus).

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural inclination for relationship building and influencing at the leadership level.

- Willingness to travel overnight approximately 40% of the time.
