Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and execution of Email and SMS campaign calendars for eCommerce, retail, and special events.
  • Develop compelling campaign content and calls-to-action, collaborating with creative teams to ensure alignment with best practices and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the administration of our CRM systems, maintaining an accurate and compliant customer database.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to enhance future marketing efforts.
  • Design and implement strategies for subscriber growth across various digital platforms.
  • Conceive and execute loyalty programs aimed at increasing customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or related fields within a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage digital projects and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complex information.
  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably Klaviyo, and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of personalization and segmentation strategies in marketing.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with experience in data segmentation.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their implications for CRM practices.
