About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth for our ISV partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our ISV customers, developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our ISV customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ISV customers, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, and sales teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and alliances, to deliver business results
  • Develop and manage opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our ISV customer base
  • Facilitate a large team of extended resources to support customer needs

Basic Qualifications
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets
  • Experience selling to C-level executives
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

  • 5+ years of experience building profitable partner ecosystems
