Job Overview

As a seasoned Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients in the staffing and recruiting industry. Your primary focus will be on closing deals and meeting sales quotas, while also nurturing existing pipelines and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a sales pipeline to grow opportunities and meet sales targets
  • Conduct consultative sales demos to prospects, highlighting our service capabilities and alignment with customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions by recommending our products or services
  • Prepare customized proposals and pricing models for client consideration, negotiating agreements as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate successful customer onboarding, timely follow-ups, and account expansion opportunities
  • Achieve high close rates and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM software
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the staffing and recruiting industry
  • A passion for sales and a drive to deliver results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations of our products and services
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Self-motivation and a desire to deliver results
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of storytelling in sales strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome sales challenges
Compensation
  • 1099 Commission Only
  • 10%-15% of Closed Deals
  • OTE $100K-$150K
