Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at WorkSmart. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the managed IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, conduct thorough needs analysis, and present tailored IT solutions to potential clients.
- Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and WorkSmart's service offerings to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of closing new business in the technology field is essential.
- Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of managed IT services and technology solutions, as well as Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and tactics, is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Experience in Managed IT Services: Experience in selling managed IT services or similar technology/cloud solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of Technology Trends: Knowledge of the latest technology trends and developments is an asset.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
