About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Darby Day Staffing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
