  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to existing and prospective clients, highlighting the value of our services.
  • Meet with key clients to maintain relationships, negotiate deals, and close new business opportunities.
  • Analyze and control expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary requirements.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Employ sales reports to track sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related work experience in food safety programs and systems.
  • At least 5 years of Strategic Account/Key Account Management experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and negotiating complex contracts and change management.
  • Experience with managing a CRM system and developing routine reports, analytics, and correspondence.
  • Sales route management and lead generation experience.
