We are a sales and customer acquisition firm that specializes in working with clients in the residential telecommunications industries. Our goal is to find someone to help us run our locations and assist in our expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer-centric environment to develop and grow our business beyond just Dallas. This includes processing sales orders, working and engaging with customers directly daily, and finding new potential customer acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person meetings directly to the customer to cultivate a positive and personalized experience.
  • Sales Order Processing: Process accurate and efficient sales orders.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond resourcefully to customer requests and concerns, enhancing the customer experience and completing a full sales cycle.
  • Sales and Marketing: Understand and utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers.
  • Account Growth: Build relations to increase customer referrals and/or prospect new customers, increasing our clients' awareness.
