Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with property management firms, large corporations, and sports-related facilities
- Present proposals for lawn care services and programs, and negotiate contracts
- Utilize CRM systems to manage projects, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with local branch management and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Preferred Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience
- Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, and industry or internal company-related experience
- Business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping, lawn care, tree, and shrub or pest control a plus
- Valid driver's license required
- Business acumen and understanding of the lawn care industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
