About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Joerns Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the post-acute care market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and track progress towards achieving sales goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of medical sales experience, preferably in the post-acute market space.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, prospecting, account planning, funnel and forecasting, time and territory management, call execution, negotiation, and C-suite presentation skills.
