Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales revenue
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance our customer engagement and expand our sales reach
  • Build strong relationships with entry-level sales and marketing team members
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer expectations are met
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day inquiries and manage requests for sales tracking information

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience, including involvement in sports and/or student organizations
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations
  • Proven track record of closing sales and upselling products efficiently
