Are you seeking to gain invaluable experience in behavioral management as you prepare for graduate studies? ICAN is the ideal environment for you. We support students transitioning from undergraduate to graduate programs.

The International Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment is a leading clinic in Bellevue, Washington.

As a Behavior Technician, you will engage directly with clients, acquiring essential experience in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.

At ICAN, we employ evidence-based practices through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will receive regular supervision and mentorship from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). No prior experience working with children on the autism spectrum is necessary.

Moreover, you will be compensated for training that will lead to your Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.

This position is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in roles such as paraeducators, childcare providers, teachers, home health aides, Certified Nursing Assistants, homecare providers, education assistants, nannies, camp counselors, tutors, or pediatric healthcare coordinators.


As an Educational Behavior Support Specialist, you will collaborate with a school team to provide behavioral support to students within an educational setting.

This role involves working alongside a full team of Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts dedicated to supporting students in their learning environment.

This position requires applicants to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary. Additionally, the role may involve local travel to support children in their homes or educational settings. Candidates must be capable of lifting at least 50lbs and moving swiftly without assistance.
