Role Structure:
This is a hybrid position based in Orlando, FL, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting FS products, programs, and solutions to prospective and new clients.
- Conducting customer profiling and qualification.
- Actively managing targeted prospect leads from initial qualification to successful closure.
- Supporting Business Development teams with monthly training and quarterly initiatives.
- Ensuring full compliance with all Facility and Breakroom protocols.
- Collaborating with Business Development through a consultative approach across various communication channels including phone, email, and Teams.
- Providing pre-sales assistance to account teams and external clients, which may involve capabilities presentations, pricing, quotes, product specifications, and implementation support.
- Completing bid submissions and formal RFP responses.
- Offering product comparisons and recommending alternatives based on customer requirements and pricing guidelines.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Completion of secondary education, including vocational training or an associate degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with Jan/San sales.
