Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Carte Hotel San Diego Downtown, Curio Collection by Hilton. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a high level of quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, register and assign guests to hotel rooms, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Team Management: Supervise and support front desk staff, including training, coaching, and scheduling, to ensure they meet brand and hotel standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, using effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Operations: Oversee front office operations, including bookkeeping, audits, and revenue management, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Marketing: Promote Hersha Hospitality and brand-specific marketing programs to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of related experience in a hotel front office or guest services role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel software systems.
