Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction:

  • Formulate and implement HR strategies that are in line with the organization's mission.
  • Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing HR team.
  • Offer strategic HR insights to senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Development:

  • Oversee and enhance recruitment processes to attract exceptional talent.
  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs for seamless integration of new hires.
  • Manage performance evaluation systems, including goal setting, assessments, and career development initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee relations concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Manage partnerships with external service providers.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop policies that promote a safe and compliant workplace.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

Learning & Development:

  • Assess training needs across the organization and implement development programs.
  • Evaluate and adjust training initiatives to meet both organizational and employee requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and compensation.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
