Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and proactive Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee and direct all aspects of human resources and labor relations within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are in sync with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic counsel and insights on all HR-related matters to senior leadership.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and talent management.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Supervise the recruitment and selection process to attract high-caliber talent.
- Manage onboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to promote employee growth and development.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary resource for employee relations concerns, offering guidance and resolution.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
Labor Relations:
- Oversee labor relations functions, including negotiations, contract management, and dispute resolution.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with unions and employee representatives.
- Ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements and labor regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Direct the development and management of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable pay structures that reflect market trends.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits and wellness initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources management, particularly in labor relations.
- Proven experience in labor negotiations and managing union relationships.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor HR teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
