About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and administering policies related to human resources and labor relations activities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
  • Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Provide training and assistance to management on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, and other HR-related topics.
  • Administer performance review programs to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.
  • Coordinate the administration of Workers' Compensation programs and work closely with Safety personnel and the Workers' Compensation carrier to manage claims.
  • Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Analyze collective bargaining agreements and develop interpretations of intent, spirit, and terms of the contract.
Requirements
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years of related experience and/or training required.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
