Senior Recruitment Strategist

Position Overview:
Our client is in search of a Senior Recruitment Strategist who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume recruiting landscape. This role is pivotal in steering the organization's hiring initiatives, overseeing the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute impactful recruitment strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
2. Assess job positions to delineate roles and qualifications, ensuring precision in job descriptions.
3. Create compelling job advertisements and disseminate them across multiple platforms, including job boards and educational institutions.
4. Identify potential candidates through various channels such as databases, social media, and networking events.
5. Evaluate resumes and applications, conducting preliminary screenings to pinpoint qualified candidates.
6. Coordinate interview schedules with department leaders, ensuring an efficient process.
7. Organize background checks and drug screenings with authorized vendors.
8. Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and assist in crafting customized training and onboarding programs.
9. Safeguard employee records and personal information in accordance with confidentiality regulations.
10. Collaborate with the marketing department to manage recruitment-related materials and resources.
11. Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events, showcasing the company's brand and career opportunities.
12. Maintain and update employee information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
13. Provide clear and concise information regarding employee benefits to candidates and new hires.
14. Review and enhance the hiring process to ensure compliance with legal standards and improve efficiency.
15. Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and support ongoing improvements in HR practices.
16. Assist with organizational development and training initiatives as required.
17. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to bolster HR and recruitment functions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
- Experience with recruiting software and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
