We are seeking a highly motivated individual to expand our client's North American business, leveraging existing operator contacts and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Attend trade shows and events
  2. Lead the development of new business opportunities
  3. Sell complex OSS / BSS solutions to telecom operators
  4. Participate in or lead functional presentations and workshops
  5. Maintain commercial awareness and involvement in bid preparation
  6. Manage pipelines and report on progress
  7. Work with the Presales team to deliver software demonstrations
  8. Establish a sales presence in the new region over time

The ideal candidate will have experience with BSS and/or OSS applications, MS Office, and project management techniques. They should be able to adapt to changing circumstances, maintain objectivity under stress, and focus on agreed objectives.

A key aspect of this role is understanding customer needs, influencing decision-makers, and taking innovative approaches to problem-solving. Approximately 40% travel is required, involving short trips across the regional territory.

Expected salary for this position is around $120,000 per year, considering the company's growth plans and industry standards for a senior sales role in North America.
