Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative sales environments within the healthcare industry, preferably with experience in EVS and C-suite level interactions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations
- Analyze results and identify new approaches to drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in consultative sales environment within the healthcare industry
- C-suite experience required
- Strong service/quality attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel extensively (60%) throughout the region
- Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
