Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in consultative sales environments within the healthcare industry, preferably with experience in EVS and C-suite level interactions.

This role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiations
  • Analyze results and identify new approaches to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in consultative sales environment within the healthcare industry
  • C-suite experience required
  • Strong service/quality attitude
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (60%) throughout the region
