Boston, Massachusetts, United States Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology Full time
Job Overview

About Us:

The Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology is a distinguished private, non-profit institution dedicated to providing two-year technical education in Boston. Established in 1908, our college is committed to equipping students for high-demand careers across various sectors, including automotive, advanced manufacturing, computer technology, engineering, and construction management. Our mission focuses on delivering transformative education that fosters economic growth, with a diverse range of programs available both in-person and online to meet the evolving needs of our students.

Our impressive graduation and job placement rates position us among the top two-year colleges nationally. Recently, we were honored to receive a significant contribution of $12.5 million from the Cummings Foundation, which will further enhance our initiatives aimed at creating accessible technical career pathways for underrepresented students in higher education.

In the previous academic year, we proudly served nearly 900 learners, with half enrolled in traditional credit-bearing programs and the remainder participating in continuing education and contract education. Our goal is to increase enrollment in credit-bearing courses while expanding our continuing education offerings, aiming to educate over 1,000 learners annually in the near future.

All staff members at our institution are expected to be dedicated advocates for our students, actively contributing to efforts that enhance graduation rates, retention, and career placement. Collaboration among faculty and staff is essential to support student recruitment, retention, and overall success.
