Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate posting to the general ledger and performing account reconciliations.
  • Assist in the monthly closing processes and the preparation of financial statements.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all expenses are properly authorized and processed.
  • Oversee the vendor management system.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Proficiency in major ERP systems and Excel, including vlookups, is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting or finance is desirable, with internship experience being acceptable.
