Job Title: Industrial Account Executive

Tradesmen International is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, educating contractors about our value proposition, and maintaining client relationships to increase usage of our services and workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates and grows sales by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Maintains and exceeds sales goals set by the company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicates client needs to the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of services.
  • Generates sales leads and prospects for clients, making direct sales calls and presentations to clients at their place of business.
  • Educates prospects and clients about the benefits of using a highly skilled variable workforce, increasing productivity and profitability.
