Brewery Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brewery Representative to join our team in Kansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts and maintaining current accounts within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our entire product portfolio to retail accounts, bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and grocery stores.
  • Focus on increasing the availability and visibility of products in new and existing accounts using consultative sales tactics.
  • Identify major accounts not currently selling our products and develop a plan to establish business with them.
  • Improve conditions and merchandise accounts by building displays, resetting coolers, and displaying point-of-sale items to increase brand visibility.
  • Partner with distributors to ensure orders are placed, products are received, and business is growing at accounts.
  • Conduct waitstaff and bartender educations, beer tastings, and evening promotions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven results-oriented experience in outside sales or within the food and beverage industry.
  • An intense competitive spirit with an assertive, confident personality.
  • Valid driver's license, registered and insured vehicle, and ability to drive to and from accounts continuously.
  • Ability to lift and move cases of beer frequently.
  • Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop to arrange and display point-of-sale items frequently.
