Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Shannahan Crane & Hoist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our new equipment sales and developing new accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
  • Knowledge of overhead cranes and hoists preferred.
  • Engineering and technical experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
