Job Title: Program Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our substance use disorder treatment services in the Al Cannon Detention Center. As a Program Administrator, you will supervise a team of clinicians and ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance on clinical services
  • Develop and implement program development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and accrediting bodies
  • Collaborate with internal and external clinical services and behavioral health programs
  • Utilize electronic medical records and software
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in counseling/case management or as a Program Supervisor
  • APSC Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC) credential within 3 years of hire
  • South Carolina licensure in professional counseling, addiction counseling, or social work highly preferred
