  • Formulate a detailed life-cycle management plan, including technology implementation roadmaps and equipment reconfiguration requirements.
  • Manage various operating systems, ensuring they are operational and compliant with Information Assurance (IA) standards.
  • Assist with new IT projects impacting network operations according to established security guidelines.
  • Provide infrastructure management and monitoring for server, network, and virtualization environments.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Solar Winds for proactive monitoring of critical assets.
