We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist II to join our team at the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs. As an Administrative Specialist II, you will provide administrative support to our Residential Director and other staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Residential Director and other staff members
- Organize and maintain office functions, including printing and distributing time sheets and completing daily attendance reports
- Prepare required documentation for Residential Supports
- Support the Facility Administrator's office with administrative duties as needed
- Complete other related job duties as assigned
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of clerical experience, or an Associate Degree in secretarial science or a related field
- Knowledge of the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS)
