Sales Floor Operations Supervisor
Go Brands is in search of a dynamic Sales Floor Operations Supervisor to join our Retail Operations team.

In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in fostering an outstanding customer experience while driving revenue and achieving business objectives.

You will oversee daily operations, motivating the team to meet store targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the Store Manager to assess sales patterns and devise strategies to enhance overall sales performance. Maintain a strong leadership presence by upholding all company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting, assisting, and selling; promptly addressing customer inquiries and needs.

Exhibit strong leadership on the sales floor, ensuring all customers receive outstanding service and their needs are met.

Manage daily store operations on the sales floor, including opening and closing duties, cash management, and POS system oversight.

Achieve sales objectives and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising, utilizing promotional and upselling techniques to assist customers in their purchasing decisions across various categories.

Collaborate with store support teams to boost sales, promote merchandise categories, and expand market reach.
Assist the Store Manager in managing store expenses and budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and operational expenditures.
Leverage company tools to identify opportunities and formulate action plans to enhance store performance.
Monitor inventory levels and engage in inventory management activities to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Support the Store Manager in training store personnel, providing feedback, coaching, and contributing to performance evaluations.
Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and displays at all times.
Receive vendor deliveries and restock the sales floor promptly.
Responsible for managing inventory stock levels and reordering as necessary within budget constraints.
Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security protocols.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

Proficient in applying logical methods to solve problems with effective solutions.

Skilled in building constructive and effective relationships.

Capable of presenting ideas and directions that inspire action.

Planning and Priority Setting:
Demonstrated ability to set objectives and goals, organizing work effectively to meet and exceed targets. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Exhibit strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications: 3+ years of management experience
Retail or Hospitality management experience (preferred)
Knowledge of Wine, Spirits & Beer products (preferred)
Availability for full-time employment as business needs dictate (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Understanding of regulatory requirements related to alcohol sales
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate confidently with customers and team members
Strong organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
